SASSA Takes Services to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions for the community.

SASSA will be rendering services such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency stated it is actually alarmed about the significant quantity of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some significant quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is mainly because of the lack here of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office devoted to service the area every day.
